Hyvä Townhall: A clearer product suite, new features, and what’s next
At our recent Solstice Townhall, we brought together the latest updates from across Hyvä, including ecosystem growth, partner news, product releases, beta updates, roadmap plans, and a few first looks at what’s coming next.

More beta features and roadmap plans are coming across Email Templates, Linked Products, Category Merchandising, AI, SEO, content, and customer retention
There’s plenty to get through, so let’s start with the bigger picture.
Ecosystem update
Before we get into the partner and product updates, it’s worth taking a quick look at the wider Hyvä ecosystem, because there is a lot to celebrate here too.
Hyvä has now passed 7,600 live sites, with growth continuing across some of our strongest markets. The Netherlands is still leading the way with more than 1,700 live Hyvä sites, while the US has reached around 1,200. Germany and the UK are both now in the 700s, which is brilliant to see (source: Builtwith 28 June 2026)
We also shared a few recent launches from recognisable brands using Hyvä, including Paul Bakeries, Sony spare parts, Levi’s, Crocs, and Buff, who launched with Hyvä across 34 storefronts. We also mentioned a few more recognisable brands and projects coming through the ecosystem, including Acer, Williams F1 and Renault.
And there was a lovely moment of recognition too. Hyvä was recently ranked number one in the commercial software solution category by Dutch eCommerce industry specialist Emerce. What made this especially meaningful is that it was not something we applied for or paid for. It came from people in the industry being asked who they work with and how they rate them.
For us, that is the part that matters most. Hyvä keeps growing because agencies, developers, merchants, and partners keep building with it, talking about it, and helping the ecosystem move forward.
Hyvä will continue supporting Meet Magento events around the world, while showing up in wider eCommerce spaces to help bring Magento, Adobe Commerce, and Hyvä into more merchant conversations. You can find upcoming events, see where the Hyvä team will be next, and submit events where you’d like Hyvä to participate, speak, or support via our events hub.
Partner Programme
We also shared an update on the Hyvä Partner Programme, including the growth of our agency network and the new Hyvä Portal.
Hyvä has now passed 500 agency partners, with 31 new agencies joining this year. More than 200 agencies have already submitted over 1,250 contributions through the Portal, including 189 case studies to date.
Hyvä Portal replaces the old annual points form with a clearer, more transparent way for partners to manage their profile, connect clients, list contributions, keep Hyvä Certified Developers up to date, and track progress towards the next partner tier.
Partner tiers are now more visible and contribution-based, so this is a good moment for agencies to log in, check their details, and make sure their work is up to date before the end of the year. We also shared plans for regular partner product sessions, giving Silver, Gold, and Platinum agency partners, plus selected tech partners, earlier product previews and more space to share feedback while features are still being shaped.

Product updates
Solstice was a big product moment for Hyvä. We brought releases and roadmap updates from across the product suite together in one place, with a clearer structure around what is available now, what is in beta, and what is coming next.
Introducing the new Hyvä Enterprise
One of the key updates from Solstice was the evolution of Hyvä Enterprise.
Hyvä Enterprise started as the compatibility layer for Adobe Commerce. Now, it is becoming the full Hyvä product suite for Adobe Commerce, while keeping support for Adobe Commerce features such as B2B, Live Search, Product Recommendations, and other platform-specific functionality.
That gives us a much clearer product structure:
Hyvä Commerce: Our full product suite for Magento Open Source and Mage-OS.
Hyvä Enterprise: Our full product suite for Adobe Commerce, including compatibility with Adobe Commerce features.
Both suites include Hyvä CMS, Menu Builder, Admin Dashboard, Hyvä Theme, Hyvä Checkout, Hyvä UI, Media Optimisation, and new features released as part of the suite.
Once Hyvä POS is released, both suites will also include two Hyvä POS Pro licences.
This makes the choice much simpler for merchants and agencies. If you are building on Magento Open Source or Mage-OS, choose Hyvä Commerce. If you are building on Adobe Commerce, choose Hyvä Enterprise.
Individual products, including Hyvä Theme, Hyvä Checkout, Hyvä UI, and Hyvä POS, will still be available separately for teams who do not need the full bundle.
What’s new across the product suite?
Hyvä CMS
Hyvä CMS now supports richer content on product and category pages, making it easier to create landing pages, campaign content, product storytelling, category blocks, and other useful content without relying on simple description fields alone.
It also includes Templates and Snippets for reusable content, Instance Components for creating custom components in the admin, and a long list of editor improvements, including better navigation, drag and drop, import and export, keyboard shortcuts, translation support for button links and image alt text, and Tailwind JIT improvements.
Menu Builder
Menu Builder is now generally available. Teams can create mega menus, drill-down menus, footer menus, mobile and desktop menus, and richer menu content using Hyvä CMS.
It gives merchants more control over storefront navigation, so menus can reflect how customers shop, what the store needs to promote, and how teams want to manage content.
Admin Dashboard
Admin Dashboard now supports view management, so different teams can create dashboards around different needs. For example, content teams, sales teams, management teams, or store operations.
Dashboard views can be private, shared with a team, or limited by role. New widgets include recently edited Hyvä CMS content, scheduled releases, abandoned carts, customer totals, top coupons, installed module versions, and more.
Media Optimisation
Media Optimisation now includes a queueing system, so resized and converted images can be processed in the background instead of on page load.
There is also support for XML declarations, giving developers more control over image sizes at different breakpoints, plus improvements around CDN support and performance.
Hyvä Theme and Hyvä UI
Hyvä Theme and Hyvä UI received updates to product detail pages, including reworked product galleries and swatches. These are now PHP-first, with less JavaScript, improved CLS, reduced HTML output, and cleaner structure.
There is also a new Google Maps component available for Hyvä UI and Hyvä CMS.
Admin Theme
The admin theme has had a refresh, with updated logos, favicons, clearer product configuration areas, and a Hyvä Enterprise variant for Adobe Commerce merchants.
Koti sample data
Koti (Finnish for home) is a free, open-source Home & Garden sample dataset designed for Hyvä projects. It can be installed alongside or instead of the Luma sample data, giving teams a fresher demo environment for Hyvä projects.
Beyond the browser
Solstice also gave us a closer look at how Hyvä is moving beyond the storefront and admin, with two Apple-native apps designed for different parts of the merchant experience.
Hyvä POS
Hyvä POS is our native point of sale app for Magento, designed to connect online and in-store sales through Magento as the source of truth. It is now moving from concept to pilot rollout.
It supports cashier roles and permissions, barcode scanning, parked carts, cash and card payments, split payments, pay by invoice, receipts, stock management, register reporting, hardware support, and RMA workflows.
There will be a free version to get started, plus a Pro version with terminal orchestration, offline mode, fulfilment from store, pickup in store, loyalty, gift cards, store credit, and more.
Hyvä POS Pro will start from €50 per terminal per month (fixed with no variable), with the first two Pro licences included with Hyvä Commerce and Hyvä Enterprise.
Final flat fee and availability timeline will vary per market based on specific countries' regulatory requirements.

Hyvä Pocket
A new, free Apple app for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch that gives merchants quick, read-only access to their Magento store insights.
Merchants can check live sales, orders, customers, products, revenue, bestsellers, Mollie payments, chargebacks, stock, prices, and more, without opening the Magento admin.
It also includes widgets, new-order notifications, global search, multi-store support, and privacy mode for Apple Watch.
Hyvä Pocket works with any Magento 2 store, and a Hyvä frontend is not required. It is read-only by design, and Hyvä does not collect data from the app.
Beta and what's next
Solstice was the first release of this kind, and the plan is to make these larger product updates seasonal, roughly every three to four months, alongside the smaller updates and security releases that will continue as normal.
The Hyvä Checkout beta powered by Magewire v3 is available now, alongside new beta releases for Email & Newsletter Templates built with Hyvä CMS and Linked Products. More features are also moving towards beta, including Category Merchandising, Form Builder and Store Credit.
