On how many domains/stores can I use an Enterprise license?

You may use Hyvä Enterprise on 1 (one) Magento installation per license, with unlimited storeviews/domains, as long as they belong to the same business entity. Additionally you may use it on non-production environments for development/testing purposes.

If you wish to use Hyvä Enterprise for a multivendor/SaaS/PaaS solution, please contact us for custom licensing.

I want to use Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) for content. Can I also use Hyvä with Adobe Commerce?

Yes, you can. Content Management with AEM and EDS can be integrated seamlessly with Hyvä Enterprise to provide the best user experience and performance for all visitors!

The integration has to be implemented for each EDS site. We share configuration and code examples created for the eds-demo.hyva.io demo-instance with our customers on request.

I bought your Theme, why is Enterprise a separate product?

If you bought Hyvä Theme your investment can be used as a cash refund and exchanged for a Hyvä Enterprise licence. You can also upgrade to Hyvä Commerce and get Hyvä Checkout, CMS and UI on the same refound terms.

Hyvä Enterprise is the product that supports specific features of Adobe Commerce such as their B2B Suite and Commerce features such as Live Search, Product Recommendation, Loyalty Points, Gift Cards etc. You get additional Hyvä Enterprise Support.

What happens if I don't pay for Support and Updates?

You will still have access to the version of Hyvä Enterprise that was available up to 12 months after you made your purchase. Then, if your Support and Update Plan stops being valid, you will not have access to later versions.

How can I pay?

You can pay for your order using any of the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, SOFORT (DE), iDeal (NL), Bancontact (BE), KBC (BE) or by Bank Transfer

Please note: Bank Transfer is only available for one-time purchases. If you wish to use this option, please uncheck the auto-renewal option during checkout. Bank transfers might take several days to process. Your license will only be issued after we have received your payment.

As an agency, can I use one Support and Update Plan for all my clients?

No! Each plan is linked to a license and each of your clients has a separate license.

Can I get a discount (PPP)?

We work with PPP discounts on one-time purchases to make Hyvä more accessible to countries with lower valued currencies. Hyvä Enterprise is a subscription product, as well as the support package for our Checkout. This means we do not offer PPP discount for Hyvä Enterprise. You can read more on our PPP Discount page.

We don't offer tier-based discounts or discounts for partners. We may occasionally work with promotional discounts though, for which you might want to subscribe to our newsletter or social channels.
