What if I already have a Hyvä Theme license?
If you already have a paid Hyvä Theme licence, your investment can be used as a cash refund and exchanged for a Hyvä Commerce licence. This way, in addition to having access to Hyvä Theme and Hyvä UI, you also get Hyvä Checkout and new features we built such as Hyvä Dashboard, Hyvä CMS, Hyvä Image Editor, and more. With the subscription-based pricing, you get Premium Support and updates for all those functionalities for as long as your subscription is still valid.
What is the difference between Hyvä Commerce and Hyvä Enterprise?
It’s very simple. If you’re on Magento Open Source or Mage-OS, use Hyvä Commerce. If you’re on Adobe Commerce, you need Hyvä Enterprise.
I'm already using Page Builder. What should I do with Hyvä CMS?
Installing Hyvä CMS does not affect the output of your existing Page Builder content or its output on the storefront. Hyvä CMS can be enabled for both CMS Pages and CMS Blocks on a per-page or per-block basis, so you can enable it when you are ready to switch over, and your existing Page Builder content is always retained. Hyvä CMS also lets you migrate your existing Page Builder content into our new editor, so you can build on or replace it at your own pace while gaining the power of our improved UX, components, and features such as drafts, scheduling, version history, and more.
Can I transfer my Hyvä Enterprise license?
A Hyvä Enterprise licence is tied to the account and the store it is registered to. If you need to move it to a different store or entity, reach out to our team and we will help you transfer it.
On how many domains/stores can I use a license?
Each licence covers a single production domain together with its staging and development environments. If you run several separate production stores, you will need a licence for each.
What happens if I don’t renew my license after a year?
Unlike SaaS eCommerce platforms, you own your website and get to keep it with all the functionalities you built and configured. What you get with your license renewal is Premium support (priority answer by an expert at Hyvä) and all the updates that we release seasonally.
Do you charge other fees?
No we don’t charge set up fees, nor variable fees based on revenue, traffic or seats. Our pricing is predictable fixed regardless of your business size.
Do you increase license prices?
Price increase is not part of our business model, but product offerings could change. If you’d like to lock in the price, you can get the 5 year license for a one off fee and not worry about it anymore.

You can use Hyvä AI Skills to help you build faster while keeping good quality and security. We also allow you to plug the AI vendor of your choice to perform translation within Hyvä CMS for examples and will continue and build features with this architecture in mind..

I want to use Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) for content. Can I also use Hyvä with Adobe Commerce?
Yes, you can. Content Management with AEM and EDS can be integrated seamlessly with Hyvä Enterprise to provide the best user experience and performance for all visitors!
The integration has to be implemented for each EDS site. We share configuration and code examples created for the eds-demo.hyva.io demo-instance with our customers on request.
What happens if I don't pay for Support and Updates?
You will still have access to the version of Hyvä Enterprise that was available up to 12 months after you made your purchase. Then, if your Support and Update Plan stops being valid, you will not have access to later versions.

How can I pay?
You can pay for your order using any of the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, iDeal (NL), Bancontact (BE), KBC (BE) or by Bank Transfer
Please note: Bank Transfer is only available for one-time purchases. If you wish to use this option, please uncheck the auto-renewal option during checkout. Bank transfers might take several days to process. Your license will only be issued after we have received your payment.
As an agency, can I use one Support and Update Plan for all my clients?
No! Each plan is linked to a license and each of your clients has a separate license.
