You don’t need an account, as you can access it through Github too. But it is more convenient to install via Packagist keys with composer and helpful if you’re interested in purchasing other Hyvä products at some point, or use our support.

Yes, you can, but in order to install the Hyvä packages via Composer you need a composer access key, which you can get from your www.hyva.io account dashboard.

Individuals can register up to 5 free Hyvä Theme access keys. Partner agencies can access up to 50 free Hyvä Theme access keys. Access keys for domains having commercial product licenses do not count towards these limits.

Please note that no rights can be claimed from free Packagist keys and Hyvä holds the right to disable/remove keys when they are unused for a long time, or when abuse is suspected.

Yes, you’re free to resell Hyvä Theme with your own theme/template. As the code is distributed under the OSL/AFL license, you don’t need a special paid license.

Premium support is offered to products you have purchased. If you only bought Hyvä UI then expect to get support for Hyvä UI related questions and not for Checkout or Theme related questions.

The Hyvä team does not offer direct free support. If you only have a free Hyvä Theme, you can rely on community support that is mostly provided by other community members and occasionally also assisted by Hyvä team members.

Hyvä UI is included in the paid Hyvä Theme, just like support. You will therefore continue to have access to Hyvä UI and premium support.

If you upgrade to Hyvä Commerce, you get a cashback for Hyvä Theme and/or Hyvä Checkout. If you upgrade to Hyvä Commerce from a free Theme, you naturally don’t get any cashback as you haven’t paid for the Theme. If you upgrade to Hyvä Commerce from a free Theme and Checkout, you get a cashback from the Checkout.

We offer a 30 day payback guarantee. That means that if you bought the Theme 30 days ago or less, you can get a refund if you want to. However, you will lose access to Hyvä UI and no longer be able to receive premium support.

Other than that, Hyvä Commerce cashbacks will -always- be available, so you can trade in your paid Hyvä Theme and get a reduced price for the first year of Hyvä Commerce
