Hyvä at WWV 2025: Our Biggest Booth Yet, Together

After months of planning, coordination, and excitement, Webwinkel Vakdagen 2025 was a milestone event for Hyvä.

This year, we made a bold entrance (literally and figuratively) with our biggest booth ever. Positioned right near the entrance of the Jaarbeurs Utrecht, our 80m² stand became a buzzing hub for the Magento and Adobe Commerce community. More than just a booth, it was a shared space with Mollie and nine of our trusted partners: Cream, elgentos commerce & configurators, Elovate, Hypernode, Made by Mouses, Vendic, Younify, Gerrits e-commerce, and Gally + ElasticSuite. Together, we showcased what collaboration in open source eCommerce really looks like.

From barista-made coffee and Hyvä Commerce demos to the Mollie × Hyvä Happy Hour and non-stop conversations, there wasn’t a quiet moment. Across two days, thousands of visitors passed by Booth 53, curious to learn more about Hyvä, the products we offer, and the ecosystem we’re building.

We were proud to see Hyvä everywhere. Magento and Hyvä logos adorned banners, sessions, slides, and merch across the venue. But even more exciting was hearing how often people said they were seeing and hearing about us through partners, and from other merchants. That momentum is real.

A Platform for Partner Success

This year’s event clearly demonstrated that when we share the spotlight, everyone shines brighter. Our collaborative booth wasn’t just a Hyvä showcase, it became a true partner hub.

Partners were able to show their own strengths while benefiting from the shared attention and foot traffic driven by the broader Hyvä presence. Whether it was through spontaneous CMS demos, product deep-dives, or just great coffee-fuelled chats, the energy and alignment between Hyvä and our partners was a highlight.

Sharing the stand with Hyva turned out to be a brilliant move. We had a great flow of visitors in and around the stand, helped by the ideal location right near the entrance.

We spoke to plenty of leads, existing clients, and partners who showed interest in Hyva Commerce. We were also able to refer leads that were a better fit for another agency straight away, which created a nice bit of collaboration. Together, we can grow and strengthen the Magento ecosystem!

We had two fantastic days at the Hyvä booth during the Webwinkel Vakdagen! The stand was perfectly organized, allowing us to get started right away. The atmosphere with fellow partners was great, and we had the pleasure of meeting lots of interesting and inspiring people. We even signed on some new customers already and are in talks with many promising leads.

All in all, two incredible days. Big thanks to Hyvä and all partners - it was a blast!

One thing is clear already: this format works. WWV25 was proof that bringing partners together creates more value for everyone. We’ll be using this success to shape similar collaborations at events globally.

Showcasing Hyvä Commerce

This was our first major event with live demos of Hyvä CMS and introductions of other Hyvä Commerce tools, including the new Image Editor and Admin Dashboard. These features generated a lot of interest and spontaneous demo requests, especially among agencies and merchants looking for a future-proof platform with the flexibility Magento offers.

One of the highlights of this year was seeing so many Hyvä-powered merchants and partners take the stage to share their experiences. We were incredibly proud to support a packed talk from WebElephant and Viltspecialist about their Shopify-to-Magento migration and the results they achieved with Hyvä. Their story is a clear reflection of the type of strategic, performance-driven work being done in our ecosystem.

The overall atmosphere at our booth, surrounded by agency partners, tech partners, and merchants, was truly energising. The excitement around the future of Magento and Hyvä’s role in it was electric.

Turns out, watching our brilliant colleagues give a Hyvä CMS demo isn’t quite the same as giving one yourself! But after a few less-than-smooth starts, I quickly got the hang of it - which really speaks to how intuitive the CMS is

Organising the stand for Webwinkel Vakdagen meant working closely with a brilliant mix of partners – and it was genuinely fun to bring it all together. The stand looked fantastic, drew in loads of visitors, and gave us the perfect space to connect with the community.

Looking Ahead

With the Hyvä Commerce suite evolving rapidly, more partners joining forces, and merchants openly sharing their success stories, the future of Magento has never looked brighter. This event proved just how powerful collaboration can be when we lead with performance, openness, and community.
